• The processing of personal data collected through the website is for the following purposes:

The purpose of the processing includes the management of the list of people who follow us in order to publicise our services, menus, events and company offers among our followers.

The legal basis that allows us to process the data obtained through the Web is the consent provided by the interested party by accepting our privacy policy at the time of registering personal data in the corresponding form or by sending us an email.

If the user decides to follow us voluntarily through the social network, we understand that they have given their informed consent. By becoming a fan of our page or profile on social networks the user consents to the processing of their data in the social network environment in question. Customer and supplier data, including e-mail where applicable, are processed on the basis of art. 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation (processing necessary for the performance of the contract).

The data obtained through the website will be kept for as long as the purpose of the processing and the interest of the owner of the data is maintained, and consent may be revoked at any time; however, it is possible that the data may be kept blocked in order to meet the liabilities arising from the processing during the legal limitation periods.

The data subject may at any time revoke his/her consent to the processing or request the deletion of the data, in which case the data will be deleted.

With regard to the processing of data derived from the use of social networks, the user may at any time stop following our page or profile using the system proposed by each social network. The data previously provided will not be used for other purposes.

Customer data will be kept for the time necessary to meet liabilities arising from the business relationship.

The recipients of the data will be those companies or entities with which Embutidos Goikoa S.A.U. contracts any service that involves the processing of data, always based on a regulatory contract that includes the legal guarantees in terms of data protection.

However, Embutidos Goikoa S.A.U. shall not be held responsible for any incidents that may arise in relation to personal data when these are derived: either from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems in such a way that it is impossible to detect or prevent it even if the measures are adopted according to the state of current technology.
